Top-class stuff, magnificent views out of our room, everything is really good. The setting is magnificent and unbeatable, short walk to the centre of Chester, bars and restaurants and the shops.

The location was unbeatable for walking around Chester Cathedral. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with local dishes. The service was superb as the staff was accommodating. Reasonably good facilities and the pool was great.

I loved my staying here. I had a very lovely experience here, everything was very good, the location was brilliant next to Chester, all the shops and the racecourse. Well-designed room with comfortable bed. Lots of facilities such as: a laptop-size safe, central heating and an iron. I was met by pleasant and efficient staff at the reception.

Very pretty, extraordinary room and delicate stuff, complimentary wi-fi. I slept so comfy in the very big bed. The location was fab, with a picturesque view. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was upgraded;))

Good value, taking into account other Chester's options. Every part of it was fab, I loved staff and location. The breakfast had variety of options: cheese, cereal, scrambled eggs, fruit and bread. The property was set in a peaceful area. The venue provided a bar in the reception.

So ideal location and spotless place, I appreciated helpful staff. The facilities in the double room were pleasant, beds were large. The full English breakfast was the best part of my very special stay...

Downside was the air conditioning which was a bit noisy.
